Stretching My Boundaries

This year was about stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing new challenges. A milestone moment was delivering my first TEDx Talk, Don't Check Yourself at the Door: How to Share Your True Self. This talk, which has amassed almost 2 million views, is a testament to the power of authenticity. Watch it here. I am excited to share that another TEDx Talk is in the works for 2024.

My newest book, Campfire Lessons for Leaders: How Uncovering Our Past Can Propel Us Forward, was published on December 6th. Its success and the impact it is making are a direct result of your incredible support. This journey wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic people in my masterminds and networks who fueled me through the many challenges I faced this year.

Learning and Teaching: A Cycle of Growth

In 2023, I embraced an explorer mindset, constantly learning and evolving. My guests on The Virtual Campfire shared powerful insights that enriched my understanding. Involvement with organizations like the Mass Technology Leadership Council (MTLC) and Design Museum Everywhere and connecting with influential CHROs through the Searchlight network has been enlightening. The Thinkers 50 Gala in London was a highlight, spending time with exceptional thought leaders and friends.
